Every decision, every euro, every action—transparent, accountable, and guided by unwavering principles.
To preserve endangered heritage, strengthen communities, and support vulnerable populations across Armenia and beyond — through transparent restoration projects, vocational training, innovation grants for craftspeople, scholarships, and humanitarian programmes that combat isolation and empower local artisans.
A future where every historically significant building in Italy and Armenia is preserved, where ancient skills are passed to new generations, and where communities remain connected to their cultural roots through living heritage.
Golden Roots Heritage Foundation was constituted on 26 January 2026 in Yerevan and formally registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia on 3 March 2026, under State Registration No. 56524157. Founder and CEO Narine Norris signed the foundation charter as founding director, anchoring the foundation's legal home in Armenia while extending its restoration mandate to endangered heritage sites across Italy.
The foundation was built on a simple conviction: charitable giving for heritage preservation should be as verifiable as the architecture it saves. From day one, every Euro the foundation receives is tracked on a public Open Ledger, and a primary share of its funding flows from CasaLotto — a blockchain-powered charity raffle on the Algorand network that donates 55% of every ticket directly to the foundation. The pairing of centuries-old craftsmanship with on-chain accountability is what defines the work.
Our board combines expertise in heritage preservation, finance, legal compliance, and nonprofit governance.
