Applicant information is not published automatically. Access is limited to people involved in eligibility, assessment, governance, and administration. If support is approved, any public reporting will be proportionate and handled with appropriate notice or consent.

We collect the identity, contact, opportunity, evidence, budget, and declaration information needed to assess and administer the request. Records are kept while an application is reviewed and, where support is approved, for grant administration, accountability, audit, and applicable legal duties. Unsuccessful application records are securely deleted or anonymised when they are no longer necessary under the Foundation's retention process.

To protect this form from automated abuse, Cloudflare Turnstile may process browser, device, network, and security signals. Our server also applies short-lived submission limits using keyed one-way hashes of network and email identifiers. The rate-limit register does not store raw IP addresses or email addresses, and expired counters are removed during later checks.
